Choosing or taking the right photo of your pet will make this project sing. Keep in mind your pet needs to be shown with his or her body in an interesting pose. A curled up cat may not give you the most interesting silhouette of your pet.

Learning outcomes: Participants gain an understanding of taking a series of photographs and selecting one that captures the personality of their pet and translates to an interesting portrait. Observation of details and contour to create a strong image will also be utilized.
